“What I liked about working with Yugoz was how Ugochukwu and his team took time to understand exactly what I wanted before they started. As the building progressed, they carried me along and explained what was happening at every stage. I never felt left in the dark, and I was happy with the attention his team gave the work.”

Start with the questions property owners, buyers and people planning a build ask most often.
The cost of building a house in Nigeria depends on the location, building size, design, structural requirements, materials and finish level. We do not apply one price to every build. We review your brief, site and drawings before preparing a project-specific quotation or bill of quantities.
Before buying land in Nigeria, check the seller’s ownership documents, survey plan and the title supporting the transaction, such as a Certificate of Occupancy, registered deed, governor’s consent, gazette or excision where applicable. The correct documents vary by state and title history, so obtain independent legal and survey verification before payment.
