Section 01
Who we are
Yugoz Properties & Consults, referred to as “Yugoz”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this policy, provides construction, architectural design, property, interior and consultancy services in Nigeria. Yugoz is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
You can contact us through the Contact page, by telephone or WhatsApp on +234 706 246 2624, or at our office at No. 2 Elygra Crescent, Cornerstone Avenue, Trans Ekulu, Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria.
Section 02
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact or work with us, we may receive:
- Your name, phone number and preferred way to receive a response.
- Information about the service you need, your property or project location, budget, preferred timeline and any details you choose to include in your enquiry.
- Messages, call details, documents, photographs or other material you later choose to share during a conversation with us.
- Limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser, device type and request logs, that may be processed by our hosting and security providers when the website is accessed.
This website does not currently request card details, bank account information, government identification or payment through an online checkout.
Section 03
How our website forms work
The Contact and Request a Quote forms prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. You can review and change the message before choosing to send it. The current website does not submit those form answers to a Yugoz website database before WhatsApp opens.
If you send the prepared message, WhatsApp and its operator will process the information under their own terms and privacy policy. Yugoz will receive only the message and information you choose to send through WhatsApp.
Section 04
How and why we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Understand and respond to your enquiry.
- Discuss a possible service, property, inspection, quotation or next step you requested.
- Deliver an agreed service and manage our working relationship.
- Keep appropriate business records, protect our website and prevent misuse or fraud.
- Meet legal, regulatory or professional obligations.
Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business interest or act on your consent. If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
We do not currently use website form answers for automated decisions or automated profiling.
Section 06
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep enquiry and service information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide an agreed service, maintain necessary business records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Hosting providers may retain technical logs according to their own security and retention practices.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse. No website, messaging platform or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Section 07

Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and any applicable limitations, you may ask us to:

- Restrict or object to certain uses of your information.
