Clear expectations for using the Yugoz website

These Terms of Service apply to the website operated for Yugoz Properties & Consults, referred to as “Yugoz”, “we”, “our” or “us”. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Anyone using the website on behalf of a company, property owner or another person confirms that they have authority to act for that party.

The website introduces Yugoz, its service areas, selected projects, property opportunities and ways to make an enquiry. Its content is general information and does not, by itself, create a professional, agency, buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or contractor relationship.

Website information is not a substitute for legal, financial, surveying, valuation, engineering or other independent professional advice suited to your circumstances.

Sending a form, WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not oblige you to buy a property or service, and it does not oblige Yugoz to accept an instruction or provide a property.

An initial estimate, price range, availability statement or quotation may change after an inspection, document review, site assessment, design development, supplier confirmation or fuller discussion of your requirements. A commitment becomes binding only when the relevant parties agree the final scope, price, payment terms and other conditions in an appropriate written document.

Property descriptions, images, sizes, features, prices, locations, documentation summaries and availability are provided for guidance and may change. A listing is not a legal offer and does not reserve a property for you.

You should confirm the current price, availability, measurements, condition, title documents, planning position, charges and all other material facts before making a payment or commitment. Where appropriate, obtain an independent physical inspection, legal title search, survey and professional advice.

A property is reserved, sold or transferred only through the applicable written documentation, verification and cleared payment process. Website availability labels are informational until Yugoz confirms the terms directly.

Construction, architectural design, interiors, property sales, inspection and consultancy work will be governed by the proposal, engagement letter, contract or other written terms agreed for that service.

The written agreement should confirm the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, assumptions, exclusions, approvals, responsibilities, programme and change process. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement will control for that service to the extent of the conflict.

Project timelines may depend on access, approvals, weather, client decisions, material availability, site conditions, third parties and other matters identified in the relevant agreement.

This website does not currently accept online payments. Do not enter bank or card details into a website form. Payment instructions must be confirmed through an authorised Yugoz representative and the documentation for the relevant property or service.

Before sending money, independently verify the beneficiary name, account details, amount and purpose using the official telephone or WhatsApp number shown on this website. Yugoz will not ask you to bypass agreed verification or send funds solely because an online message creates pressure to act quickly.

• Avoid attempting to disrupt, damage, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its supporting systems.

Unless stated otherwise, the Yugoz name, logo, website design, copy, graphics and original project or property media are owned by Yugoz or used with permission. You may view the site and share its public page links for personal or legitimate business reference.

You may not reproduce, sell, alter, remove ownership notices from or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

The website may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps or other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not make Yugoz responsible for the third party’s content or conduct.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from errors, delays or harmful code. We may correct, update, suspend or remove website content without notice.

If it cannot be resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria may determine the matter, subject to any different dispute process in a signed agreement.
